4月20日，在一片风平浪静中，CFA协会突然投下一颗重磅炸弹，2024年考纲正式发布！相比与老考纲，新考纲变化实在不算小。

CFA二级考纲变动

概览：财报删除养老金计量考纲要求、另类和组合有模块的增删

1.  财报 - 员工福利删除：DC/DB plan 的会计计量，以及精算假设的变更对于会计报表的影响（下放一级）

2.   另类删除模块：【Investments in Real Estate through Private Vehicles】新增模块：【Hedge Fund Strategies】（三级另类相同内容）

3.  组合删除模块：【Trading Costs and Electronic Markets】

4.  权益 - 非上市企业估值删除：describe the asset-based approach to private company valuation

CFA三级考纲变动

概览：行为金融学删除，部分科目的考纲要求有轻微调整，整体变化不大。

1.  24年考纲中并未展示行为金融学的考纲，有可能行为金融学这门课将于24年删除

2.  另类 - Hedge Fund Strategies删除：describe how factor models may be used to understand hedge fund risk exposures;

3.  私人财富管理 - Risk Management for Individuals删除：discuss the financial stages of life for an individual;删除：analyze and evaluate an insurance program;

4.  机构财富管理删除：prepare the investment objectives section of an institutional investor’s investment policy statement;

5.  道德 - GIPS删除：explain the fundamentals of compliance with the GIPS standards, including the definition of the firm and the firm’s definition of discretion;
